The mind is of awareness, clarity, education, and thought; it is the same as with water. Water is conduit. The brain contains on average abut 70% water. In our hueman makeup, the urinary system collects cellular toxins, excess proteins like in the relation to “white" matter or untapped memory if you will. Even the metabolic byproducts which are carried through the bloodstream to the kidneys are filtered through a form of liquid via urine.
🌎 Body | Earth
The Nourishment, Restoration, Movement, and Vitality. As earth reduces, reuses, and recycles what’s needed and what is not our biology mimics that too. The digestive system filters lymph borne toxins after they enter the bloodstream and excretes them into bile, from there the bile empties into the intestines where the toxins are then bounds to fiber and eliminated as stool.

In our human biology our lungs carry forth gaseous, alkaline, and acidic waste carried through the respiratory system. Here at A.R.T © we recognize the connection, intuition, and alignment between the integumentary system (our fire) which drains waste to the largest organ, the skin from there they exit through sweat glands. Not only releasing but receiving the first form of information before we consciously recognized, such as the olfactory systems, those nostalgia smells that awaken a memory or that gut feelings that sends goosebumps directly onto the skin.

From our DNA strands to the mucous membranes A.R.T © recognizes the identity, purpose, and remembrance of the body. The mucous membranes line every opening in the body, the mouth, nose, eyes, ears, rectum, vaginal opening, urethra, and the lungs. Often considered your secondary drainage, but we like to think of it as our first form of connection to the ethers via senses. These being are your bodies first receivers and responders when the lymphatic system releases excess debris into nearby tissues and backed up lymph nodes.
